Overview

Realify ("we", "our", or "the app") is a mindset and intentionality app. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

• Account information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique user identifier and, if you choose, your name and email address. Apple may anonymise your email address.
• User-generated content: Goals, intentions, affirmations, voice recordings, and vision board images you create are stored locally on your device. They are not transmitted to our servers.
• Usage data: We may collect anonymised usage analytics to improve the app (e.g. which features are used most).

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your location, contacts, browsing history, or any sensitive personal information.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase — used for authentication only
• RevenueCat — used to manage subscription purchases
• OpenAI — messages sent to the AI Coach are processed by OpenAI's API. Do not share sensitive personal information in the chat. OpenAI's privacy policy applies: openai.com/privacy

Data Storage

Most of your data (goals, affirmations, recordings, vision board) is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to us.

Children's Privacy

Realify is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Your Rights

You may delete your account at any time from the app. This removes your authentication data from our systems. Locally stored data can be cleared by uninstalling the app.
